E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
If you have a shared hosting plan with us and you create e-mail addresses in your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of mouse clicks to another address of your choice. The option can be enabled whenever you create a new email address or any time later on and disabled just as easily any time you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will handle your account. You will also have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the incoming e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The advantage of this option is that you will always have a backup on your server if something occurs with the other email address or maybe if it isn't active for whatever reason at the time an email message is forwarded. If the option is not enabled, an email will be received, forwarded and erased from our servers even if the remote e-mail is functioning or not, so it can be quite a wise decision for it to be enabled just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The feature-rich Email Manager interface inside the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, which will come with all of our semi-dedicated hosting service, allows you to forward any email that you set up in the account to one particular or several additional email address with no more than a number of mouse clicks. Additionally, you will be able to see a list of all of the email addresses that you have, which ones are forwarded and exactly where they're forwarded to. This feature can be activated and disabled whenever you want and you can furthermore decide on whether a copy of the inbound emails must be kept on our system or not. Though this option is not essential, it might be easier when you make the most of it, because you have a backup of your emails if there's some issue with the remote email server. Regardless of whether there is a temporary problem and no emails are lost on our servers, you may still not receive a forwarded email in case it was sent by our servers within the downtime.
